Its about time! SIMPLIFY just hit the apps store….

you install it on your phone, as well as on your computer, and it lets you play ANY of the music on your computer in your itunes library on your iphone. Over WIFI, 3g, and even EDGE! and it works great!!! plus you can stream your friend’s librarys also!

Its free for the first 100k downloaders, so go get it!

you cant really make out anything since they are iphone pics… but its pretty much like a couple hundred feet of plastic tarp with the sprinklers turned on, down the biggest hill at desert breeze….

quick rant while at work:

its been scientifically proven for awhile now, that the brain is very powerful when it comes to our health. When doctors take two test groups, give one group medicine and the other group ‘fake’ medicine, then lie and tell both groups that they received the medicine… guess what happens? the majority of the people in the group that received the ‘fake’ medicine got better just as quickly as those on the medicine!

so much of it is in our heads. if you think you are getting sick, or you worry about getting sick all the time, you will get sick. if you THINK you are super healthy, you will stay a lot healthier.

NOW!

apply this to age. we all now the average lifespan is around 70 something years. we already assume in OUR HEADS that we will die around 70…. i saw a coworkers cards for her 50th birthday that said “over the hill”. we assume that we are going to die by 70, or 100, or whatever….. our minds prep our bodies to accept that….

well…

what if i run around my entire life thinking/KNOWING in my head that i will live to 120…. will it work?

who knows…

but its worth trying
